The Michelin star kitchen is now recruiting for an award winning: Chef de Partie
As our new Chef de Partie, you will support the kitchen team to ensure that exceptional service is provided to all our customers. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to work in a quality establishment. Ideally you will be enthusiastic and dedicated with a 1 years experience in a quality establishment. You shall be producing a variety of award winning Michelin star food ensuring the highest levels of food standards are achieved. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety, Rotation of stock and organising the effective storage of goods. You will also be responsible for junior staff development, coaching and guidance.

The role is full time, Tuesday to Saturday, salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

The new kitchen includes energy-efficient induction hobs and grills, constant temperature control and incorporates the latest kitchen technology for our award winning chefs to take control.
