As a Chef with us, you will have the tools and freedom to design your own menus alongside the Management team, reacting to food trends, seasonality and customer tastes.
You will help lead our busy food operation and support in coaching our kitchen team to their very best potential, whilst developing your own career continuously.
Here's what we need from you:
Proven skills at a strong CDP, or Sous level in a quality food business
A passion for delivering high quality, fresh food
A desire to learn and progress your skills
Knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH
Understanding of GPs and stock controls
