Managed House Area Manager
£40,000 to £45,000 + £475/month car allowabnce, Bupa and pension.
JW Lees is growing - our 32 managed houses last year averaged £15,846 ex VAT sales per week split 55/45 wet/dry and we now employ over 800 colleagues in our pubs.
We are looking for a third Area Manager to join our team in Managed Houses.
Key job responsibilities are:
- P & L account responsibility for c12 pubs
- To lead, motivate and engage our General Managers to deliver exceptional perfromance
We are looking for someone:
- With a proven track record either as an operator or an Area Manager in the pub sector
- Who has managed both food and beverage operations and it would be nice if they have some experience in hotels.
