Kitchen Manager – Head Chef – GUILDFORD
One day, in 2001, three Kiwis came together to create a burger restaurant like never before. They wanted to take the humble burger and treat it with the respect it had back home. They had some simple rules - always serve the best burgers and have fun.
Since that day, we've spread the GBK love of food around the UK with 54 restaurants and over 1,200 team members. It’s been a wonderful journey up until now and we have continued growth plans in place for 2012 and beyond.

Join Team GBK as a Kitchen Manager and you will be working as part of a team in the buzz of a busy kitchen.
You should have experience of managing, recruiting, developing and supporting kitchen staff, health and safety and equipment, systems and processes.
You should also be commercially aware with strong organisational skills. Have the ability to work independently and within a team focused environment with a flexible approach and able to take the responsibility for the store and people.
Previous experience in a chef managerial role with strong grill experience is essential.
