A little about the Twelve Oars

Due to open 31st July 2017, The Twelve Oars is located in the popular seaside town of Skegness on the Lincolnshire Coast of the North Sea. This brand new pub restaurant will operate with a pizza kitchen & grill with 150 covers. The best part?! The pub is located just one mile from the famous Skegness Pier!

Average weekly net sales: Expected to be £28,000

Wet/ dry split: 30/70

Average number of meals served per week: 2500

A little about you:

As part of the management team, you will assist with all aspects of the business. You will be able to support with stock control, administration, cash control and team development. Your top priorities will be the customer experience, ensuring that branding is adhered to and that customer feedback is relayed to the team. You may even be called upon to take full relief responsibilities for up to 48 hours in the manager’s absence. You will be a reliable, responsible team member with great organisational skills.
