Hotel Manager Job Description:

Hotel Managers are responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a hotel and its staff. Specific duties of hotel managers vary greatly depending on the size of the hotel, managers for large chains may have mostly office based roles, whereas managers of smaller hotels may have a greater degree of customer contact. Typical responsibilities of hotel management include recruitment and staff supervision, finance management, promotion and customer service.
