A stunning restaurant in Central London is currently looking for an exceptional individual to join their team as a Floor Manager.
As a Floor Manager you will be responsible for running a section in the large dining room with over two hundred covers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the section runs smoothly and that your staff are well trained and motivated.
The ideal candidate will be currently working in a large quality restaurant as a Head Waiter/Supervisor and have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail and presence on the floor.
