A great opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to join the team at The Melrose. This fantastic, unique pub has a wide offering of live entertainment, from open mic nights to live bands at the weekends.

Located close to the Shepherd’s Bush Empire and two tube stations this evening and late night venue has a busy passing trade of gig-goers and will need a manager who is at ease in a hugely varied business as well as one who is great at marketing their business within the area to drive local trade.

With a reputation for great cocktails and food, The Melrose is looking for a manager who is focussed on consistently outstanding customer service and the desire to build a strong business with a great, friendly atmosphere.

The Melrose is currently split 85/15 wet to dry with the food offer being great pre-gig pizzas.

The right manager for The Melrose will have a passion for live entertainment, especially music, and the ability to market these successfully to drive trade. The ability to find and deliver exciting acts will also ensure this business continues to grow.

With a highly varied trade the ability to manage a small team in a pressured environment, whilst maintaining that atmosphere and winning service style will be vital in ensuring the long term success of The Melrose.
