My client is looking for a Head Chef to bring together Fine Dining, with at least 3 years as a Head Chef in high quality Hotels/Restaurants. You must be already awarded a Michelin Star. You will have the creativity and background to re-launch this operation from January 2013, with passion style and a level head, and warmth and guiding of your team. A remarkable opportunity for a Head Chef, wanting to regain their Michelin star in a new environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will have key health and safety responsibilites and ordering and stock control.
YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE UNLESS YOU HAVE WON A MICHELIN STAR IN YOUR OWN RIGHT, UNDER YOUR TENURE. CHEFS WITH NO CONTINUITY, PROGRESSION OR LOYALTY SHOWN IN THEIR CAREERS, CANNOT ALSO BE CONSIDERED.
The salary on offer for an exceptional candidate is £65000 per annum. This is not in a city location. You will work 5 days out of 7. The shifts will be as required.
If you match the following criteria, then this position may be for you:-
* 3 years 3/4 Rosette/Michelin star Head or Senior Sous experience
* Recognised qualifications
* Strong Leader and Management skills
* Effective Communicator
* Self-motivated and disciplined
* Legal Right to work in E.U.(Documentary proof may be needed)
