Working for Star Pubs & Bars, it will be down to you to maximize the potential of 50 to 60 pubs in your area. You’ll do that by recruiting, coaching and supporting our lessees and by preparing and delivering a robust area business plan. Based in Central London, you will be looking after one of our most prestigious areas and dealing with both outlets and operators of the highest quality on an area that currently brings in circa £6 million in profit.


This will involve optimising our brand opportunities, highlighting and delivering a strong capex pipeline, encouraging and developing multi-income streams for your sites, and ensuring the retail offer in your outlets
is delivered to the highest standard.


As well as proven multi-site management skills and some previous recruitment experience, you’ll bring a strong commercial acumen and a focus on the bottom line. You’ll also be looking to maximize the future career
