My client is looking for an experienced manager to take on one of their best performing sites within a large portfolio of sports bars.
This exciting business is going through a a process of upgrading a number of their clubs and they are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join their team who can bring with them a strong commercial focus and a passion for customer service.
The role will include:
- all aspects of running this busy, late night venue
- sales and marketing
- stock control
- budgetary management
- staff development.
We really need big personalities who have a proven ability to drive wet sales and who have a history of sourcing new customers through outreach and direct marketing.
We need a a dedicated and hard-working individual who really wants to take ownership of a business unit.
A hands-on approach is absolutely essential and the ability to host events and create a buzz around the club will be crucial to the success of the business.
