Dynamic and experienced restaurant manager to manage the day to day running of very busy 250 seater American themed restaurant, who needs high volume experience, as well as a passion for developing staff and implementing new standards. Set in beautiful surroundings this site has only just recently opened, with people coming to spend a full day using the park’s facilities it is expected to see high volumes of customers.
The ideal candidate for the position of restaurant manager needs to be:
- Charismatic
- Well presented
- Ability to lead a busy unit and manage front of house team
- Excellent communication skills within all of the restaurant departments
- Be a well organised individual
- Great food and customer service experience
- Implement new procedures
- Expertise in up-selling techniques
- Have a passion for training and development of the team
