Are you an Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor/Team Leader looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an excellent Assistant Manager opportunities at the Old Punch Bowl, Crawley



The Business

The Punch Bowl is situated in the heart of Crawley town centre with great public transport links via bus & trains as well as parking on site. The pub is very busy for wet and dry sales with function bookings, large office parties, afternoon /evening meals & Sunday roasts. We have a DJ 3 nights a week with live music on bank holidays.


Average weekly turnover: £25k
Split Wet/Food: 65/35

Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.



With the desire to excel, succeed and win, ideally you will have a clear understanding of high-street / late-night operations and how to assist in driving sales and growing profit in this highly competitive environment. You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business.



With fantastic people skills you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team and to engage your customers. Upbeat, efficient customer service, high quality products and exceptional presentation standards are key, so you will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
