The Business

Average weekly turnover: £20,000
Split Wet/Food: 35/65
Live-in available. Accommodation comprises of, Living room, kitchenette, separate bedroom and separate bathroom.

The Two Henrys trades at approximately 65/35 food led. Predominantly a family focused environment with an indoor Wacky Warehouse attached, which is our USP. We frequently hold large partys for birthdays, christenings and even weddings. Eating Inn is heavily focused on getting the customer journey perfect every time ensuring good interaction and communication with the guest to ensure they will return again and again. The menu is vast with plenty for our guests to choose from, with a little bit more than the average pub menu. There are plenty of offers from value and evening set menus. The Two Henrys is an energetic environment, as we keep pushing forwards to increase good customer feedback and in turn sales and profit. There are plenty of success stories within the team and we are looking for the next success story to streghthen the team further.

What we are looking for

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business. With fantastic people and social skills, you will be able to build friendly, efficient and effective relationships with your customers and staff. With previous supervision or team-leader experience, you will be committed to motivating and developing a fantastic team. You will have a real enthusiasm for hospitality and will be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. With the ability to follow and maintain procedures you will be driven to ensure strong standards across the business. Ideally, you will also have an awareness of P&L and will be able to work to achieve budgets and targets. With a proactive and positive attitude, you will be excited about career progression and will be constantly looking for ways to develop both yourself and the business.
