Role & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business.
With the desire to excel, succeed and win, ideally you will have a clear understanding of high-street / late-night operations and how to assist in driving sales and growing profit in this highly competitive environment. You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business.
With fantastic people skills you will have the ability to lead from the front, to inspire and motivate your team and to engage your customers. Upbeat, efficient customer service, high quality products and exceptional presentation standards are key, so you will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
