Expected to trade £28,000 per week
Expecting wet/ dry split: 30/70
Expecting to serve 2500 meals per week
A little about you:

You’ll be a talented chef who is able to work in a high pressure environment. As Head Chef you will be able to manage and develop a brand new kitchen team. Not only will you be running the busy kitchen but also managing stock and portion control, ensuring your team produce the best quality branded dishes. You’ll know food safety and hygiene like the back of your hand and you’ll be a confident communicator who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. Leadership skills are essential for this role. You and your team will be a key ingredient in the success of this business!
